• These tours, designed by Indebo India Pvt. Ltd., are for participating delegates and accompanying persons to the 1st Biennial Conference on Evaluation for Development Beyond Aid, 12 – 14 April 2005.
• The above rates are valid for the date of travel and for the number of persons mentioned in the respective tour package . If there is a change in the number of people, fresh rates would apply.

• The number of participants for all tours are limited. Reservations are strictly on First-Come-First-Serve basis and in order of receipt of payment.
• If minimum numbers of participants are not achieved for any tours, an alternative arranngements would be made.
• All tours would commence and end at the congress hotels only. Participants to the tours must assemble at the lobby of their respective hotels at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time.
• For all participants staying at hotels other than the congress hotels should make their own arrangements to reach their nearest congress hotel at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time.
• The cost is based on currently applicable Government taxes and levies. Any change in these would automatically affect the cost accordingly.
• The INR rates are valid for only for Indian National or Resident Indians with valid work permit
• The cost is based on rates valid for the intended period of travel, errors and ommisions excepted. However, variations outside our control such as an increase in fuel cost, or other circumstances could arise, in which case we would neccesarily have to review our cost accordingly.
• No claim for refund shall be entertained for unutilised services.

• All payment for the Tours are to be paid directly to Indebo India Pvt. Ltd.
• The complete Tour Booking Form signed by the applicant along with full payment should reach Indebo India Pvt. Ltd. not later than 11th March 2005 .
• Payment can be made Credit Card. The Credit Card Authorisation along with the Tour booking Form may be faxed at Indebo India Pvt. Ltd.
