  • Registrations are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Registration forms received without registration fees will not be processed. Please do not send cash.
  • The Conference Programme is subject to change without notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, the only liability of the Organizing Committee is to refund the fee paid.
  • Refund for cancellations of registration will be made after the Conference, subject to the following deadlines and charges.
    On or before 15th March 2005: Full Refund less administrative charge of US$ 50 / INR 500
    After 15th March 2005: No Refund
    All cancellations of registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Conference.
