• Hotel rooms are secured by Indebo India Pvt. Ltd. at a special conference tariff for the participants to the 1st Biennial Conference on Evaluation for Development Beyond Aid, 12 – 14 April 2005. The rates mentioned are valid only for the period of the conference and for bookings made through the Indebo India Pvt. Ltd..
• Hotel rooms are blocked from 11 – 14 April 2005 for the participants to the 1st Biennial Conference on Evaluation for Development Beyond Aid. Accommodation at the congress hotels are offered on first - come - first serve basis.
• Hotel cost is inclusive of breakfast and One Way Airport – Congress hotel transfer by coach. Luxury tax on rooms are exclusive of the cost. The currently applicable Luxury tax on rooms are 12.5 % on published room tariff. This is subject to change without prior notice.
• The last date for receiving request for Hotel Accommodation is 12th March 2005. All rooms at the hotels would thereafter be released. Any request for accommodation after 12th March 2005 is subject to availability and at the then prevailing rate.
• Check in and check out time at all hotels is 12 noon. Early Check in and Late Check out may be provided subject to room availability based on the following Terms & Conditions:

Early arrival before 10 AM or late departure beyond 2 PM will be charged as one nights stay.

• All transfers from the International Airport to the Congress hotels would be provided by Coach as per flight arrivals for each hotel and not per individual arrival.
• For all reservation purpose, the guest must give the name as appearing on their passport.
• All rates quoted are in U S Dollars (USD). The INR rates are valid for Indian Nationals or Resident Indians having a valid work permit.
• The onus is upon the Traveler or Participant, to ensure that passports, travel documents and visas are valid for travel.
• We suggest that clients should be covered by Travel, Medical, Accident and other types of insurance. These cannot be obtained in India.

Early Arrival and Extension of stay

• The Reservation Order with the exact dates should be received from the guest at the time of passing the booking.
• Requests for early arrival (i.e. before 11th April 2005) or extension of stay (i.e. post 14th April 2005) is subject to availability. Booking for the dates outside the secured room block dates, i.e. 11 – 16 November 2005, would be charged at the then prevailing rates for those dates.

• The hotel room can be reserved with a Credit Card payment for one night's accommodation at the special conference rates.
• The Credit Card Authorisation Form completed and duly signed must be faxed to Indebo India Pvt. Ltd. not later than 12th March 2005.
• The hotel would charge the guest for the remaining nights plus taxes upon check out.

• Any amendments or changes after 12th March 2005 would attract a charge. This would be advised as per case basis.
• Between 12th March – 08 April 2005: 01 night's room charge inclusive of Taxes.
• From 09 April to an eventual No – Show: Amount equivalent to stay for the entire period inclusive of Taxes would be charged.
