Special room tariffs are available to participants who book through the Conference Secretariat. A coach/car service will be run by the Organizers to facilitate commuting between your hotel and the conference venue, and back.

Please send in your hotel reservation form as soon as possible to confirm your room. A credit card guarantee is required to confirm your hotel booking.

Please indicate your preference (1, 2 & 3) in the appropriate boxes below and forward the required deposit.

Important Note: Please book your room as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Rooms may not be available at these rates after March 10, 2005

  • Hotel reservations will not be confirmed unless they are accompanied by one night’s deposit
     
  • All cancellations, name substitutions or change of schedule may result in the deposit being forfeited and must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat
     
  • The above hotel rates are valid between 11 April and 15 April 2005, both days included. All bookings outside these dates will be subject to availability of rooms and regular hotel rates.
     
  • Refund of hotel deposit will be made as per the cancellation policy of the hotel

Special Note for Bursaries

  • Special accommodation has been arranged for those participants who have been awarded bursaries. This accommodation will be allotted by the IDEAS 2005 Conference Secretariat.
